John Meesen
Director – Head of AFL
John is an experienced AFL Player Agent and personally manages a great portfolio of talent within our client base. John is a past AFL player having been drafted at selection 8 to Adelaide Football Club in 2004. As a result he has experienced the emotions of high expectation and interstate relocation as a young draftee so adds valuable insight to our draftees as they enter the industry. John is a respected agent within our industry and provides Kapital with great knowledge and expertise.
Peter Lenton
Director – Operations & Finance
Peter is an experienced player agent having managed many successful players in the game for over 20 years. As a qualified accountant, Peter provides huge value add to our client base with his responsibilities including overseeing tax and accountancy compliance and most importantly working one on one with our clients to build wealth for long term gain. Peter is a current member of the AFLPA Accredited Agents Board which compliments his strong reputation in the industry.
Mark Kleiman
AFL Talent Manager – Football Operations
Mark “Maxy” Kleiman is an AFL Player Agent that has had valuable experience working within AFL clubs in operations and recruitment. Maxy provides great guidance to Kapital with his keen eye for talent and works closely with our players in the lead up to the draft. His strong ability to create close relationships with families has allowed him to prosper in the industry given he has personally managed many players over a long period of time.
Jess Roy
Office & Marketing Manager
Jess binds our group of agents and assumes an important role running our office administration and marketing division. She deals with all AFL clubs on behalf of our clients together with third party contacts in organising marketing deals and opportunities. Jess is highly respected within Kapital with her attention to detail and professional dealings. Jess is our “role player” and is the Personal Assistant our agents need.
